Organisational learning
The TAP Training Accreditation Programme aims to professionalise Learning & Development - at both function and individual practitioner levels. TAP was uniquely recognised by a Queen's Award for Innovation in 2005 and is now a de facto standard across all sectors, with more than 1,300 organisations employing some 22,000 TAP-certified trainers.
The Training Foundation is in Partnership with the University of Chester which accredits all TAP qualifications.
