Our training centres

Our two fully-equipped centres are located at the University of Warwick Science Park in Coventry, England. They are within easy reach of Coventry station, an hour north of Euston Station, London on the West Coast mainline railway. Birmingham International Airport is twenty minutes away.  A map and directions can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format from here.

Our centres make use of discreet, integrated sound and video recording systems, enabing learners to review role plays etc in high fidelity sound and vision without the apparent intrusion of video cameras and microphones.

Closed in-company courses on your premises

Most of our clients now require the courses to be run on their own premises; it cuts down accommodation costs. This includes our overseas clients; in the recent past we have visited locations as diverse as Lagos, Budapest, New York, Copenhagen and Sydney. Over the same period we have provided train the trainer solutions to organisations within the UK located as far north as Aberdeen, as far east as Norwich, as far west as Belfast and as far south as Plymouth.

We can contextualise the content of any closed course to reflect the specialist nature of your business. If the course content is simply adjusted to reflect your terminology, the usual external qualification award can still be made.  Please note that an additional charge is made for contextualisation.
