www.readyforwork.org

Ready for Work is a free online employability skills learning programme aimed at assisting young people to develop employability skills. It has helped many to make a successful transition from education into employment.

The programme comprises 12 short self-study courses on subjects that are important to all employers. Thousands of young people have completed the programme, which has been entirely self-funded by The Training Foundation since its launch in 2005.
