When Kerry Hawkins, Training Officer, successfully achieved the TAP Certificate in Training Delivery Skills she could see the potential standard that could be achieved by her team.
Kerry said, 'I was impressed by the professionalism of The Training Foundation's training delivery and thought TAP offered an ideal way to ensure that the whole team uses the best training techniques.'
She continued, 'Having completed the Certificate in Education, I was pleased with the visible outcomes from a three-day course and felt that the benefits were comparable and a good return on investment. It was a valuable experience to revisit my own established training techniques and measure them against a different benchmark.'
