Despite the CBI's Employment Trends Survey (Oct 2010) showing that engagement is still the biggest concern of 67% of employers much confusion remains: What does it really mean? Does it really affect the bottom line? What are the key drivers of an employee's engagement? The workshop is a one-day event designed to cover the following:
