More than 170 organisations and L&D functions are now formal Partners with The Training Foundation. TAP Partners maintain a policy of all training delivery and/or design being to the TAP methodologies recognised by a Queen's Award for Innovation in 2005 (see the Partners list: www.tap-training.com). 

TAP Partners are already benefiting from TAP's unique assessment models to enhance their L&D provision. The Learner Feedback Service (LFS) exclusively offers Partners the means to monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of their learning transfer system.

In every recession training budgets are amongst the first to be cut.  Such decisions are often made in the absence of reliable information on the business value provided by the L&D function. This unique Service has been designed to enable Heads of L&D to collate, analyse and report the critical evidence at Level 3 of the Kirkpatrick model: the application of learning to the workplace
