Developing a career pathway

“I am interested in developing a structured career pathway for
our L&D team”

That’s excellent! Regrettably, our experience in working with many organisations over the last decade is that very few have paid serious attention to this.  Doing so sends a clear message to all L&D staff that they are valued for their respective contributions and encourages skills development. It also builds morale and increases employee engagement and retention.

Before the launch of the TAP Learning System in 1998, no comprehensive, coherent skills architecture and qualifications framework existed on which a progressive career pathway could logically be based.

Today, TAP provides a holistic framework of qualifications for everyone involved in facilitating the learning and development of others.  It can be mapped to job roles and responsibilities and can even be used to architect the L&D function.

The TAP Qualifications matrix provides the routemap to role-based TAP Diplomas - but it need not stop there! Our Partnership with Chester University means that HE credits fo each Qualification can lead to a Foundation Degree in L&D Practice. Call us for details.
