QA implementation

“I am interested in embedding consistent Standards in all our
L&D activities”

Embedding Quality Assurance is about more than simply assessing training events – that is simply quality control.  Real QA requires the definition of best-practice standards and the embedding of these into the fabric of all L&D activities.

The TAP Learning System, based on objective, best-practice models for all L&D roles, uniquely empowers training managers to do this. Everyone involved in the learning process – career trainers, subject matter experts in a training role and even those supporting learners in the workplace – can acquire consistent, learner-centred skills to fulfil their role.

If you are a TAP Partner (see TAP Skills website for details on becoming a TAP Partner), you also qualify to benefit from having in-house, trained Certified Assessors. This uniquely enables you to monitor ongoing performance to ensure that your employees receive high-quality learning which produces real return to the business. You can read about the Certified In-house Assessor Programme in the 2010 Qualifications Prospectus.
