Some organisations seem to regard learning and development as a compliance-related activity that simply represents another cost of doing business.  However, compliance regimes are designed for the lowest level of acceptability - they create minimum organisational competence. In our competitive globalised markets mere local compliance is not enough - what is required is world-class excellence.

The unique L&D QA models which underpin the TAP Learning System are widely used in fields as diverse as retailing, banking, insurance, telecoms, the media, aerospace engineering and defence training, as well as in major public sector organisations providing government, healthcare, police, fire and rescue services. They bring exceptional results!

The first step in effective implementation is an assessment of the current capability of the organisation and a mapping against the QA models. This can be achieved from our L&D Healthcheck Service.

The second step involves the TAP Learning System QA models being tailored into a set of overarching, client-specific Learning Standards. The outcome is measurable performance standards and processes for all aspects of learning and development activity throughout the organisation. We then offer a structured process to facilitate the implementation and embedding of the standards through the learning community.
