The TAP Learning System offers the UK's leading L&D qualifications framework, with over 20,000 certified L&D professionals. There are some 15 varied short-courses for all aspects of L&D and the five role-based TAP Diplomas can lead to a Foundation Degree in L&D practice awarded by Chester University.
