The TAP Partners Programme

ultimate recognition of training quality

Since 1998, there’s been a growing revolution in the training world. The TAP Learning System (TAP), with its unique concept of assessable, best-practice models for all developmental roles, is now a de facto standard. In January 2010, the 20,000th TAP Certificate was awarded by the British Institute for Learning & Development.

The TAP Partners Programme offers organisations (or departments within organisations) unique recognition of their consistent training quality.

Qualifying to be a Partner requires a commitment to ensure that all training is facilitated by TAP-qualified L&D professionals, including externally sourced provision from training providers. That is why major providers such as Capita and Hemsley Fraser are also TAP Partners.

Under the Queen's Awards procedures, customers of Innovation Award winners may also display the Queen's Emblem. Many TAP Partner organisations and departments are benefiting from that association; why not you?
