Looking for a face-to-face training qualification?

The TAP Learning System’s training qualifications are aligned with the core training competencies published by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi).  Elements of this framework have been extracted to provide the training, coaching and support skills required by line managers and subject matter experts, enabling a consistent training methodology and objective assessment of performance. As such, TAP training qualifications are internationally applicable.

Looking for a training qualification in e-Learning skills?

The TAP Learning System’s e-Learning related training qualifications are based on the Competency Framework developed by the Institute of IT Training, which, since 2000, has been the accepted standard in this area.  This has in turn been ratified and accepted by the European Institute for e-Learning (EIfeL), providing EU wide relevance.

Looking for a training qualification in Blended Learning skills?

Uniquely, The Training Foundation offers training qualifications in blended learning which can be achieved by completing elements from both the face-to-face and e-Learning curriculum, in conjunction with the Certificate in Blended Learning.

Who awards TAP training qualifications?

Successful completion leads to the award of training qualifications from the external awarding body of your choice.  The options currently available include training qualifications from the British Institute for Learning and Development, ABC Awards, the Institute of IT Training and the European Institute for e-Learning (EIfeL).
